Horrible experience with their customer care. They do not have a direct number to any branch and their common number has auto loops. Even if you get to talk to a customer care, they are not able to sort your queries regarding bills or can’t even send receipts.

Dr Rizwan Kazi ( Gastroenterology) is a doctor that I have allways been looking for my chronic gastro issues. I highly recommend Dr. Usha Kiran at Prime Hospital for women considering removal of fibroids and cysts either through laparoscopy or open myomectomy. She successfully removed one large myoma weighing 350gms and a cyst through an open myomectomy procedure - this was causing me a lot of discomfort and pain for many years. Since this was my first surgery, I was naturally very anxious, but Dr. Ushas calm demeanor during my pre-surgery appointments was very assuring and gave me the confidence to proceed. I would also like to commend Dr. Sameh Zaki who is a fantastic anesthetist and gave me so much assurance that helped me remain positive throughout the pre-surgery period. I have a congenital heart condition that was a risk factor for me, but the combined efforts of Dr. Usha, Dr. Sameh and their wonderful team ensured the surgery went well without any complications.A special appreciation for the nurses at Prime Hospital. Throughout my two day stay post surgery, they were very accommodating and polite. The whole procedure was so seamless and they dont make you feel nervous at all. The facilities at Prime Hospital are also very good. The interiors, the rooms, etc. dont feel like a hospital, more like a hotel - that helps mentally with recovery as well. The catering is also pretty decent and they are properly planned, youre given several options to choose from. Regular housekeeping is done, that also makes one feel fresh and comfortable. I honestly felt like I was on a staycation!

Its worth to share our experiences with Doctor Waleed dandan, he is Very knowledgeable pediatrician, supportive doctor even in his day off, as a worried Mom, always he answers my questions and gives the right advices, and real human beings person, hard to find a wise perfect doctor, If something is wrong he asked to go emergency and follow-up with us , even if he is in vacation, Dr Waleed 7 years doctor of my daughter and several friends. I went there to see an orthopedic doctor which was available on the spot, got checked up private without insurance. One blood report I had to get within 24 hours. And doctor said he is available only 3 days a week, so I went to collect my report 3 trd day. Manager on duty Said doctor has left already, I went next day again doctor was off and manager said you can come next day when doctor is available, and I have to pay full fee again to show him my reports, which is 250AED the consulting fee. So for me after taking medicines also I have same issue with my back.I will not recommend

I went through Dry Needling therapy from the physiotherapist Thesalyn Foronda and it was an amazing experience. I was diagnosed with L5 S1 disc bulge last year and was in a very bad shape with both my hamstrings muscles freeze and could barely walk. As per her and Fellirose, it was the worst case they ever seen. On Thesas advise I went through with Dry Neddling and produced amazing results. I had 10 sessions of Dry Needling with her last year which resulted in drastic improvement in my leg muscles movements .I have recently done 5 more sessions with her as I had issues in my hamstrings movements and feeling very relieved.Shes an amazing God gifted professional who knows what exactly is required to cure the injury. I am now living a normal life and improving every day.

I went yesterday to Prime burjuman center to do the blood test and supposedly stool test. Today I received both stool and blood test (the stool have never had submitted) result already. This is a FATAL mistake and unacceptable. HORRIBLE
